石膏型精密铸造琉璃工艺品的气孔缺陷探讨

Discussion on the Gas Porosity Defect in Colored Glaze Crafts by Gypsum Mold Investment Casting

摘要: 琉璃铸造件经常出现气孔缺陷,影响其外观质量,但是其产生的机理和影响因素尚不完全明确.采用窑烧石膏型精密铸造方法铸造琉璃工艺品,借助放大镜、体视显微镜、测色仪、可见分光光度计、静水密度计等手段对气孔缺陷进行研究.试验结果表明,琉璃铸件内气孔的形成主要是琉璃料引入的气体不能完全上浮逸出的结果.琉璃材料的块度、烧制温度和烧制时间对气孔缺陷的影响较大,材料的块度过小,烧制温度过低,或者烧制时间过短时,铸件出现气孔的几率高.当铸造琉璃工艺品出现气孔时,琉璃的颜色变淡白,透明度降低,密度减小,且气孔数量越多,对外观效果影响越大.因此,要有效解决琉璃铸件的气孔缺陷,需要考虑琉璃料的块度、烧制温度、烧制时间等方面的影响.

Abstract: Colored glaze casting is prone to form gas porosity defect,it will affect the appearance,but its forming mechanism and the influencing factors are not completely certain yet.Kiln-formed gypsum mold investment casting method was applied to cast glazed crafts, and magnifying lens, stereo microscope, color photometer, visible spectrophotometer and archimedes principle were used to observe the appearance and study the gas porosity.The results show that the gas porosity defect mainly comes from the gas introduced by the glaze material which can't escape completely.The gas porosity is greatly affected by the raw material size,firing temperature and firing time,when the material size is too small, or the firing temperature is too low, or the firing time is too short, the possibility to form gas porosity defect is high.Once the glazed craft castings suffer gas porosity, their color will become pale, the transparency and density will get reduced, and the more gas porosity, the greater effect on the appearance.Therefore, to solve the gas porosity defect in the colored glaze casting, it needs to comprehensively consider the effects of the material size,firing temperature and firing time.
