Plastic Shrinkage Behaviors of Internal Curing Mortar with Cellulose Fibers

摘要: 采用实验室自制的砂浆塑性收缩开裂装置,分别研究了不同掺量的吸水UF500纤维素纤维和再生纤维素纤维对水泥砂浆塑性收缩开裂行为的影响.结果表明,本实验条件下,无论掺加何种吸水纤维,随着掺入量的增多,砂浆的塑性收缩开裂情况明显减弱,当掺加量分别达到水泥质量的0.15%和0.2%时,UF500纤维素纤维和再生纤维素纤维可实现100%减缩,并延长水泥砂浆的初始塑性收缩开裂时间,提高砂浆的塑性收缩抗拉强度指标.

Abstract: A self-designed measuring device was used to study the effects of absorbed UF500 cellulose fiber and recycled cellulose fiber on the plastic shrinkage behaviors of mortar.The results show that the plastic shrinkage crack of mortar is much less pronounced with the dosage of the fiber wherever it is under this experimental condition.The plastic shrinkage crack can be inhibited 100% when the dosages of UF500 cellulose fiber and recycled cellulose fiber are 0.15% and 0.2%, respectively.Moreover, both of them can prolong the initial cracking time and improve the tensile strength of mortar.
