ZrO2对玻璃表面装饰涂层制备及其硬度的影响

Effect of ZrO2 on the Preparation and Hardness of Glass Surface Decoration Coating

摘要: 钠钙硅平板玻璃表面喷墨打印技术是深加工领域重要的发展方向,但以ZnO-B2O3-SiO2低熔点玻璃和无机色料制备的表面装饰涂层,其硬度较低,导致耐磨性和耐划伤性能无法满足建筑装饰领域的需求.因此,在表面涂层制备过程中引入ZrO2,研究ZrO2引入对涂层的制备工艺、颜色和硬度的影响,以实现高硬度装饰涂层的制备.通过研究表明:涂层中引入3wt%ZrO2,经过580 ℃/30 min的烧结,涂层的显微硬度值提高到632.7 HV,且在烧结过程中ZrO2并未同低熔点玻璃及无机色料发生固体化学反应,绿色色料主晶相(Co2TiO4)未发生改变,使涂层颜色保持稳定不变,从而具有良好的装饰效果.

Abstract: Ink-jet printing technology for soda-lime-silicon flat glass surface is an important development tendency in the field of deep processing of glass.The surface decoration coating is prepared by ZnO-B2O3-SiO2glass and inorganic pigments.However, due to low hardness of the coating, wear resistance and scratch resistance of coating cannot meet the needs of the field of architectural decoration.Therefore, ZrO2was introduced for the preparation of high hardness coating.The effects of ZrO2on the preparation process,color and hardness of coating were studied.The results show that the microhardness of the coating treated at 580 ℃/30 min is increased to 632.7 HV with 3wt% ZrO2addition.ZrO2did not interact with low melting glass and inorganic pigment during sintering process.The main crystal phase Co2TiO4of inorganic green pigments keeps unchanged, so that the coating color remaines stable.The coating is capable of good decorative function.
