Structure Formation Mechanism of Multiphase System for Clear Binder

摘要: 沥青的相态结构组成直接决定其性能.结合明色沥青的制备过程,分析了明色沥青多相体系结构的形成机理以及组成体系,评价了原材料间的相容性和明色沥青的稳定性.研究结果表明,通过原材料熔融共混制备的明色沥青,形成了以改性剂为交联网络,沥青质与胶质为分散相,饱和分及芳香分为连续相的多相体系,稳定性良好.

Abstract: Composition of the phase structure directly determined the performance of asphalt.In accordance with the preparation process of clear binder,the reaction mechanism and composition system of multiphase structure of asphalt were analyzed.The compatibility of raw material and the stability of the multiphase system were also evaluated.The results show that raw materials formed a multiphase structure through physical melt blending process.A cross linking network is formed with modifier,asphaltene and gelatin are the dispersed phase, aromatic and saturation are the continuous phase,which has a stability structure.
