持续弯曲荷载下混凝土的酸雨侵蚀特性

Acid Rain Attack Characteristics of Concrete under Continuous Bending Load

摘要: 基于混凝土相对表面弹性模量和相对动弹性模量损伤劣化曲线的测定,研究了承受不同弯曲荷载的混凝土在模拟酸雨溶液(pH=2.0)下的损伤过程.结果表明:酸雨侵蚀混凝土相对表面弹性模量依次经历快速下降、缓慢下降和急速下降3个阶段,相对动弹性模量依次经历加速上升、缓慢下降、加速下降3个阶段;弯曲荷载对混凝土的酸雨侵蚀损伤进程具有加速作用,且弯曲应力水平和腐蚀龄期越大越显著.微观分析表明弯曲荷载加速混凝土酸雨侵蚀损伤进程主要是由于弯曲荷载可增大混凝土微裂纹,并促使酸雨腐蚀产物快速脱落,从而使得酸雨侵蚀介质向混凝土内进一步侵入的能力增强.

Abstract: The damage deterioration processes of the compressive mechanical properties of concretes under different bending loads in simulated acid rain solutions with a pH value of 2.0 were investigated by measuring the damage deterioration curves of the relative surface elastic modulus and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concretes.The result shows that the relative surface elastic modulus and relative dynamic elastic modulus of concretes under acid rain attack successively all undergo three distinguished stages respectively, namely accelerating deterioration, gradual deterioration, rapid deterioration and ephemeral increase, gradual deterioration, accelerating deterioration.The bending load accelerates the damage progress of acid rain attack on concretes, and the acceleration of corrosion process becomes bigger with bending stress level and corrosion time increase.Microscopic analysis show that this is because of that bending load can increase concrete cracks and accelerate acid rain corrosion products to quickly fall away from concretes, so that the further invading capability of acid rain erosion media into concretes is intensified.
