一种旁路除氯新工艺实施效果简述

摘要: 针对原料(电石渣)中氯元素含量偏高的生产系统,开发设计了一套旁路除氯新工艺并在QY水泥厂完成了项目实施.通过现场调试,该系统运行稳定,除氯效果达到了60%以上,减少了结皮堵塞现象,提高了窑的运转率,并使熟料中氯元素含量降到了0.04%以下,提高了水泥熟料的质量.该项目的投资仅为国外相同技术的1/5~1/7,具有很好的市场推广前景.

Abstract: A new technology of bypass was developed and designed , and the project implementation was completed in QY cement plant .Through on-site debugging , this system operation was stable , the effect of dechlorination reached more than 60%, and the phenomenon of crust blocking reduced , kiln operating rate and quality of cement clinker was improved and the chloride content of clinker was reduced to 0.04%or less.The investment of the project is only 1/5-1/7 of the same technology abroad , which has a good market prospect .
