氯化钡和聚乙烯醇复掺改性石膏正交试验研究

Orthogonal Test of Modified Gypsum by Barium Chloride and Polyvinyl Alcohol

摘要: 采用正交试验研究了氯化钡和聚乙烯醇(PVA)复掺改性石膏复合胶凝材料的力学性能、吸水率和耐水性,并分析了改性机理.研究发现,氯化钡掺量为15%,水胶比为0.53,PVA掺量为3%时,石膏基复合胶凝材料28 d抗折软化系数最高;水胶比为0.53,氯化钡掺量为20%,PVA掺量为2%时,石膏基复合胶凝材料28 d抗压软化系数最高.通过XRD和SEM分析发现:复掺改性剂可以改变其微观形貌、减少孔隙率、使晶体结构变得密实.

Abstract: By adopting the method of orthogonal test , the mechanical properties , water absorption and water-resistant property of composite cementitious materials based on modified gypsum by barium chloride and PVA were studied.The results show that when the ratio of water to binder is 0.53, barium chloride is 15%, PVA is 3%, its softening coefficient of flexural at 28 d reaches the highest .Moreover , when the ratio of water to binder is 0.53, barium chloride is 20% and PVA is 2%, its softening coefficient of compressive at 28 d reaches the highest .The analysis on XRD and SEM show that the modifiers can change microstructures , reduce the porosity and densify the crystal structure .
