纳米铁酸锰吸附去除Cr(Ⅵ)的研究

Adsorption of Chromium( Ⅵ) by Nano-Manganese Ferrite

摘要: 分别采用水热法和溶剂热法制备了两种不同形貌的纳米铁酸锰样品,研究了其吸附去除Cr6+的效果.以FeCl3和MnCl2为反应原料,以乙醇胺为沉淀剂采用水热法180℃保温8 h制备得到粒径为10~20 nm的铁酸锰纳米颗状,颗粒间团聚现象严重.采用溶剂热法以FeCl3、MnCl2和无水乙酸钠为反应原料,以乙二醇为溶剂200℃保温12 h制备得到粒径400~700 nm的铁酸锰多孔球.利用XRD、TEM和N2吸附-脱附等对铁酸锰样品进行了表征,研究了吸附剂用量、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、pH值及吸附时间对Cr(VI)吸附性能的影响.实验结果表明,采用溶剂热法制备的铁酸锰多孔球具有较好的Cr(Ⅵ)去除效果.

Abstract: Nano-manganese ferrite samples with two kinds of morphologies have been prepared by hydrothermal method and solvothermal method respectively .Cr ( Ⅵ) adsorption property was studied . Nano-manganese ferrite nanoparticles with particle sizes of 10-20 nm were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 180 ℃ for 8 h using FeCl3 and MnCl2 as raw materials, ethanolamine as a pricipitant .The nanoparticles tended to aggeragate .Manganese ferrite porous spheres of 400-700 nm were synthesized via a solvothermal method at 200 ℃for 12 h using FeCl3,MnCl2 and sodium acetate as raw materials.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and N2 adsorption and desorption isotherm .The effects of adsorbent amount , Cr( Ⅵ) solution concentration , pH value and adsorption time on the removal efficiency of heavy metal Cr ( Ⅵ) in the solution by nano-manganese ferrite sample were studied .Experimental results show that manganese ferrite porous spheres prepared via solvothermal method have better Cr ( Ⅵ) adsorption property .
