聚合物水泥路面填缝材料变形性能研究

Deformation Property of Polymer Cement Pavement Joint Sealant

摘要: 利用苯丙乳液、水泥、填料和助剂制备了聚合物水泥路面填缝材料(PCJS),并通过正交试验的方法得出了液粉比、水泥比例以及填料种类三种因素对材料定伸粘结性、峰值应变、断裂伸长率三个变形指标的影响规律.结果表明:PCJS的定伸粘结性随着液粉比和水泥比例的增大而逐渐提高;滑石粉和重质碳酸钙均能改善PCJS的定伸粘结性;液粉比是影响PCJS峰值应变指标和断裂伸长率指标的主要因素,并且随着液粉比的增大,峰值应变和断裂伸长率均增大;随着水泥比例的增大,PCJS的峰值应变先减小后增大,断裂伸长率呈现增大的趋势;PCJS在加入重质碳酸钙这种填料后的峰值应变和断裂伸长率相对较大;三种因素对PCJS的峰值应变指标的影响次序为:液粉比>水泥比例>填料种类,对断裂伸长率指标的影响次序为:液粉比>填料种类>水泥比例;液粉比取1:0.45、水泥比例取60%、填料种类选用重质碳酸钙时,PCJS的变形性能最佳.

Abstract: Styrene-acrylic latex , cement , packing and accessory ingredient were employed to prepare Polymer cement pavement joint sealant ( PCJS) .The influence rules of the three factors:liquid to powder ratio, cement ratio and packing type to cohesiveness at maintained extension , peak strain and elongation at break were investigated through the method of orthogonal experiment .It is indicated that with the increase of liquid to powder ratio and cement ratio , the cohesiveness at maintained extension of PCJS is gradually enhanced .Talcum powder and heavy calcium carbonate both can improve its cohesiveness at maintained extension Liquid to powder ratio is the main factor influencing the peak strain and the elongation at break of PCJS .With the increase of liquid to powder ratio , peak strain and elongation at break are increased .With the increase of cement ratio , peak strain first decreased and then increased , elongation at break has an increased tendency .The peak strain and the elongation at break of PCJS are larger when the packing is heavy calcium .For the peak strain index , the liquid to powder ratio affect it most , then and the cement ratio the packing type .For the elongation at break index , the liquid to powder ratio affect it most , then the packing type and the cement ratio .The deformation property of PCJS is optimum when the liquid to powder ratio is 1:0 .45 , the cement ratio is 60% and the packing is heavy calcium.
