早强型聚羧酸减水剂的性能研究

摘要: 早期强度发展缓慢的问题限制了聚羧酸减水剂的应用.为提高混凝土的早期强度,以OX-M4000、丙烯酸为主要原料,在氧化还原引发剂体系的作用下,采用水溶液自由基共聚合的方法,制得了早强型聚羧酸减水剂.通过XRD、SEM和水化热等测试方法,研究了自制早强型聚羧酸减水剂的性能.实验结果表明:自制早强型聚羧酸减水剂具有显著的早强效果:1 d强度提高17%,3 d强度提高14%,7 d强度提高25%,可以应用于管片、预制构件、管桩等对早期强度有要求的高品质混凝土的生产中,提高模具和场地的周转率,提高经济效益,具有广阔的市场前景.

Abstract: The application of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer was limited by its low early strength.In order to improve the early strength of concrete,initiated by redox system,OX-M4000 and acrylic acid were used as the main materials to synthesize a polycarboxylate superplasticizer with early-age strength by radical polymerization.The performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer with early-age strength by the ways of XRD,SEM and hydration heat,etc was studied.The results show that: the polycarboxylate superplasticizer has conspicuous effect on the early strength of the concrete: the strength of 1 d increased by 17%,the strength of 3 d increased by 14%and the strength of 7 d increased by 25%.It has a good application in the production of segment,pre-cast concrete and pile with high early-age strength,which can improve the turnover rate of molds and place effectively,increase economic benefits and has a broad market prospect.
