Effects of Heat-treatment on the Bio-solubility of CaO-MgO-SiO2 Ceramic Fibers

摘要: 为了评估热处理析晶后CaO-MgO-SiO2陶瓷纤维生物溶解行为的变化,采用XRD、SEM及ICP-AES方法研究了纤维在模拟肺液中静置浸泡-振荡处理后的表现,对比分析了纤维热处理前后的生物溶解行为.实验结果表明,热处理导致了CaO-MgO-SiO2陶瓷纤维的析晶,提高了纤维的生物溶解速率,至1100 ℃达到最大值;纤维的溶解行为主要与相界面(无定形富硅相和碱土金属硅酸盐相)、无定形相中组成变化以及纤维的收缩程度密切相关.

Abstract: In order to evaluate the effect of pre-heating on bio-solubility of CaO-MgO-SiO2 fibers,the bio-solubility of the fibers with different heat-treatments was investigated.The reaction of fibers with Gamble solution was characterized by XRD,SEM and ICP-AES.The results show that heat-treatments lead to the crystallization and a higher dissolution rate than the original fibers and the fibers heated at 1100 ℃ show the highest dissolution rate.The dissolution of these fibers is mainly affected by the interface(silicon-rich homogeneous phase and alkaline earth silicate phase)of the phases,the variety of the composition in homogeneous phase and the degree of the shrinkage.
