反应物浓度对氢氧化镁沉降性能和粒度的影响

摘要: 利用氯化镁和电石渣制备镁质胶凝材料所用氧化镁,生产原料廉价,产品用途广泛,具有很大的应用价值.研究了常温下反应物浓度对氢氧化镁沉降和粒度的影响,结果表明:氯化镁和电石渣摩尔比例为1.25∶1,氯化镁浓度为1.875 mol/L时,氢氧化镁料浆沉降速率和平均粒度相比与其他浓度最大,为工业生产提供研究基础.

Abstract: Magnesium oxide which is used as magnesium oxychloride cement is produced by using magnesium chloride and carbide slag as raw materials which are cheaper, the product is using widely and has great application value.The influence of reactant concentration on settlement and particle size of magnesium hydroxide in normal temperature was studied, the results show that, when the mole ratio of magnesium chloride and carbide slag was 1.25∶1 and the concentration of Magnesium chloride was 1.875 mol/L, the settlement rate and average particle size of magnesium hydroxide were bigger than other concentration, and the result provided research foundation for industry production.
