精确棒径改善磷矿磨矿粒度组成的研究

Precise Diameter to Improve the Phosphate Rock Grinding Particle Size Composition

摘要: 对安宁磷矿及海口磷矿的矿石力学性质与原矿粒度组成进行测定与分析,精确计算其所需的棒介质直径,并进行了磨矿对比试验.研究结果表明:矿石均为中等偏硬且高韧性矿石,容重偏大;棒磨给矿粒度均较大,过粉碎现象较严重;经精确计算选用棒径85 mm的棒介质,通过棒径磨矿对比试验,该棒径下磨矿产品效果最好,过粗及过粉碎粒级含量最少,中间可选及易选粒级含量最高,生产能力最大.精确棒径可显著改善磷矿磨矿粒度组成.

Abstract: Analyse the ore particle size composition and the ore mechanical properties of Haikou phosphate rock and Anning phosphate rock, needed for the precise calculation of the medium diameter, and a grinding experiment was carried out.The results show that: All of the phosphate rock belong to medium hard ore, density is bigger than normal ore.Feeding size of rod mill is lager and over crushing is hard.After precise calculation of the medium diameter about two kinds of phosphate rock, diameter 85 mm rod medium is the best choice, through the contratest of grinding rod diameter, diameter 85 mm rod medium obtained too coarse and over crushed particle least, moderate content is highest, under the strongest production capacity.Precise diameter can significantly improve the phosphate rock grinding particle size composition.
