黑滑石煅烧产物的酸活化及晶格重建

Acid Activation and Lattice Reconstruction of Calcined Black Talc

摘要: 黑滑石是一种常见的难插层层状硅酸盐矿物.采用产自江西广丰的黑滑石煅烧产物为原料,在2 mol·L-1 HCl,固液比1∶10,80 ℃水浴下对其进行了酸活化处理.XRD结果表明,酸活化处理后,黑滑石煅烧产物中顽火辉石和硅灰石的结构遭到破坏,结晶度逐渐降低.在酸溶过程中,顽火辉石八面体结构中的Mg2+大量溶出.样品表面微观形貌受到溶蚀,溶蚀深度随酸溶时间的增加而增大.采取ZnSO4溶液对酸活化产物进行处理,顽火辉石和硅灰石衍射峰重新升高,半高宽等晶格参数逐渐恢复.这表明Zn2+进入酸活化产物的八面体晶格中,使其晶格得到重建.相对于原矿,Zn晶格重建后的产物对金色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均具有更好的抗菌性能.本文提供了一种潜在的制备黑滑石功能材料的方法,可以极大地拓宽黑滑石的潜在用途.

Abstract: Black talc is a common layered silicate.Calcined black talc from Guangfeng, Jiangxi was activated by 2 mol·L-1 HCl solutions at 80 ℃ hydrothermal conditions with solid/liquid ratio of 1∶10.XRD results indicated that the crystal structures of enstatite and wollastonite were destroyed by the acid treatment.During the acid activation, Mg2+ in the octahedral structure of enstatite was replaced by H+.The surface morphology was eroded and the erosion depth increased with activation time.The acid activated talc was subsequently treated by ZnSO4 solutions.The relative intensities of peaks of enstatite and wollastonite increased gradually, and the crystal parameters such as full width at half maximum also gradually recovered.It is suggested that the crystal structure of calcined talc has been reconstructed by the incorporation of Zn2+ ions into the octahedral lattice.The Zn-reconstructed product exhibited enhanced antibacterial performance against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia colifurther with respect to the original calcined talc.This study provided a potential method to prepare functional talc materials, which could greatly extend the potential applications of black talc.
