不同强度等级再生混凝土多重界面结构显微硬度分析

Multiple Interface Structure Micro-hardness Analysis about Different Strength Grade of Recycled Concrete

摘要: 根据再生混凝土界面结构的特点,建立了多重界面重构模型.通过测试分析不同强度等级再生混凝土多重界面过渡区的显微硬度,研究了再生混凝土多重界面结构及其对性能损伤的影响规律.研究结果表明:提高再生混凝土的强度等级能有效地增大砂浆基体及界面过渡区的显微硬度;由C40废弃混凝土加工成的再生粗骨料,配制C30或C40再生混凝土,其薄弱界面为老骨料-新浆体界面;而配制的C50再生混凝土的薄弱界面则为老浆体-新浆体界面.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of recycled concrete interface structure , a multi-interface reconstruction model is established .The microstructures of the transition zone of recycled concrete with different strength grades were analyzed , and the influence of the multi-interface structure of recycled concrete and its effect on the performance damage was researched .Increasing the strength grade of recycled concrete can effectively improve the microhardness of mortar matrix and the interface transition zone.The recycled coarse aggregate of C40 waste concrete is used to prepare C30 or C40 recycled concrete with weak interface aggregate the new slurry interface; and the preparation of the C 50 recycled concrete interface is the old slurry the new slurry interface .
