Abstract: Magnetic field activated water has been prepared by going through the magnetic field device at a specific speed .The influence of magnetic activated water on properties of cement mixture was studied . Different magnetic strength (280 mT, 450 mT, 650 mT, 800 mT), current velocity (0.4 m/s, 0.6 m/s, 0.7 m/s, 0.9 m/s, 1.0 m/s) and circulation times of current had been utilized to produce the activated water .Results indicate that the pH value of the magnetic activated water is higher than the value of ordinary water .The UV absorption of water is increased after activation .When the magnetic field strength is 280 mT and the current velocity is 0.9-1.0 m/s, the cement paste with magnetic activated water has better rheology .The fluidity of the cement paste is also increased .The compressive strength of cement paste prepared with magnetic activated water is increased greatly .
