钽铌矿浮选技术研究进展

Research Progress on the Flotation Technology of Tantalum-Niobium Ores

摘要: 国内钽铌资源特性相比于国外复杂,需结合重、磁、浮、电、冶或联合工艺对其进行回收.浮选法虽在部分钽铌矿石的选别中不能占主导,但对钽铌钨锡矿等物理性质相近的矿石、钽铌细泥及其他有价金属的回收效果明显,是实现资源综合利用的有效方法.概述了钽铌矿浮选技术的应用现状,重点分析了浮选技术及药剂作用机理的研究成果,指出了上述研究存在的不足,并对钽铌矿在药剂应用与发展方面进行了详细的展望,指出多极性基羟肟酸、有机膦酸有望成为钽铌矿浮选药剂发展的主要方向.

Abstract: The resource characteristics of tantalum-niobium ore in China is more complicated than that of in abroad, and it should be combined with gravity , magnetic, floating, electricity, metallurgy or combined process for recovering .Flotation method is not dominant in the separation of part of tantalum-niobium ore while the recovery effects of tantalum-niobium-tungsten-tin ore, fine tantalum-niobium slime and other valuable metals is obvious , and it is an effective method to realize the comprehensive utilization of resources .Current status of flotation technology of tantalum-niobium ore are summarized .Research findings of flotation technology and action mechanism and their deficiency are systematically introduced . The development prospect of regents is put forward as a result in detail .Hydroxamic acid with multiple polar groups and organophosphonic acid are excepted to be the main development direction of tantalum -niobium flotation reagents .
