摘要: 水基光固化陶瓷浆料的低粘度和高分散性是决定固化质量的关键因素.通过对浆料的预混液和不同温度下10%固含量浆料进行粘度实验,并使用硅烷偶联剂KH570对钇稳定氧化锆(3Y-ZrO2)纳米粉体进行了改性研究.实验表明,与基体树脂相溶的活性单体对预混液粘度影响较小;浆料粘度随温度升高而减小;改性的纳米粉体表面接枝了一层均匀的有机物,有效提高了其在预混液中的分散性.最后通过对固化层进行扫描电镜观察,发现其组织均匀,没有团聚颗粒出现.

Abstract: The low viscosity and high dispersity of aqueous photocurable ceramic pastes is a key factor in determining the quality of curing. The viscosity of the premix of slurry and the 10% solid content at different temperatures were tested,modification of yttria stabilized zirconia (3Y-ZrO2 )nano powder by silane coupling agent KH570 . The results show that the monomer with the matrix resin has little effect on the viscosity of the premix;the viscosity of the slurry decreases with the increase of the temperature. The surface of the modified nano powder is grafted with a layer of homogeneous organic matter,dispersity in the premix. Finally,the solidified layer is observed by scanning electron microscopy and found that its tissue is uniform and no agglomerated particles appeared.
