路面砖泛碱抑制研究

摘要: 探讨了路面砖发生泛碱的机理,利用X射线衍射仪分析了泛碱物质成分,提出了一种新的测试泛碱的方法,并研究了硅烷基粉末SHP-50和粉煤灰对路面砖泛碱的影响规律.试验结果表明,泛碱产物的成分主要为碳酸氢钠和无水芒硝;此新型测试泛碱方法能更好的检验路面砖的抗泛碱能力;随着SHP-50含量的增加,路面砖的泛碱程度越来越轻直至无可见泛碱;随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,路面砖的泛碱程度有所减轻.

Abstract: The mechanism of efflorescence formation in pavement bricks was discussed. The method of X-ray diffractometer was used to analyze the composition of efflorescence. A novel method for testing efflorescence was proposed. Moreover,the effects of SHP-50 silicon alkyl powder and fly ash on efflorescence were investigated. The results show that the main components of the efflorescence on bricks are sodium bicarbonate and anhydrous glauber's salt. This new method proposed in this paper is a high way to test the anti-efflorescence property of pavement bricks. With the increase of the amount of SHP-50,the degree of efflorescence on bricks was decreased. As the amount of fly ash increased,the degree of efflorescence on bricks gets lower.
