碱金属掺杂硫酸钙短晶的常压水热法合成与热稳定性分析

摘要: 以磷石膏为原料,采用常压水热法,在Ca2+、Na+、K+氯化物电解质溶液体系中制备了硫酸钙晶须.研究了产物硫酸钙的晶体形貌、晶体结构、受热失水温度和晶体生长控制机理.结果表明:在10wt%~30wt%Ca2+、Na+、K+的氯化物电解质溶液,水热结晶产物形貌均为长径比范围在3~7的短晶.其中,在Ca2+、Na+、K+氯化物体系下,磷石膏分别转化为CaSO4·0.5H2O、Na2 Ca5(SO4)6·3H2O(水钠钙矾石)、K2 Ca(SO4)2·H2O(多钙钾石膏)短晶,晶体受热失水温度分别约为161.2℃、259.4℃与489.8℃.探讨了所掺杂碱金属离子的对短晶结构与热稳定性的影响.为硫酸钙基晶须在塑料改性的应用研究和工业化生产奠定研究基础.

Abstract: Alkaline metal doped calcium sulfate short whiskers were prepared by hydrothermal method in Ca2+,Na+,K+ chloride electrolyte solution,using purified phosphogypsum as raw materials. The crystal morphology,crystal structure,dehydration temperature and growth mechanism of calcium sulfate short whiskers were discussed. The results show that the crystal morphology of hydrothermal products are crystals with L/D ratio between 3-7 in Ca2+,Na+,K+ chloride electrolyte solution. Among them,under the chloride system of Ca2+,Na+,K+,phosphogypsum mostly converts to CaSO4 ·0. 5H2O,Na2 Ca (SO4)6·3H2O(omongwaite),K2Ca(SO4)2·H2O(gorgeyite),the dehydration temperatures of the crystals are respectively about 161. 2 ℃,259. 4 ℃ and 489. 8 ℃. In this paper,the effects of ionic species on the structure and thermal stability of short whiskers were investigated. The conclusions provide reference for gypsum whisker modification and application in plastics.
