低温环境下复合矿物掺合料火山灰效应试验研究

Experimental Study on the Pozzolanic Effect of Mineral Additives in Low Temperature

摘要: 采用比强度分析法对低温环境下矿粉、硅灰复合矿物掺合料的火山灰效应进行了研究.结果表明:随着温度的降低,砂浆试件的强度逐渐降低,加入复合矿物掺合料提高了砂浆的强度;通过对比180 d时砂浆强度发现加入15%矿粉+3%硅灰对低温环境下砂浆强度提升最大,0.5水灰比试件在10℃下强度提高了9%,火山灰效应贡献率为25.1%;0.36水灰比试件在10℃下强度提高了6%,火山灰效应贡献率为22.5%,5℃下强度提高了5%,火山灰效应贡献率为21.5%.

Abstract: A study on the pozzolanic effect of mineral additives including slag , silica fume at low temperatures was carried out with mechanical experiments .The results indicate that the strength of mortar samples decreases gradually with the decreasing of temperature , and the strength of mortar increases with the addition of mineral additives .The strength of mortar samples are improved by adding 15% slag +3%silica fume to the low temperature at 180 d.The strength of 0.5 w/c is increased by 9%at 10 ℃, and the pozzolanic effect rate is 25 .1%.The strength of 0 .36 w/c is increased by 6% at 10 ℃, the pozzolanic effect rate is 22 .5%, and the strength is increased by 5%at 5℃, the pozzolanic effect rate is 21 .5%.
