Quantitative Evaluation and Influence Mechanism of Compatibility between Cement and Superplasticizer

摘要: 根据净浆Marsh筒法与泌水率法两种方法的特点,在Marsh筒法相容性指数定量评价公式的基础上,引入抗泌水性能系数来进一步完善水泥与减水剂相容性定量评价公式.以固硫灰/钛矿渣掺入水泥为例,研究了水泥与聚羧酸减水剂的相容性及其定量评价分析,并结合减水剂吸附特性和Zeta电位测试进一步研究了辅助性胶凝材料对相容性的影响机理.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of paste Marsh cone method and bleeding rate method , the compatibility quantitative evaluation formula was improved through resistance bleeding performance coefficient on the basis of quantitative evaluation method of compatibility index formula .The compatibility between cement and polycarboxylate superplasticizer and its quantitative evaluation analysis by the example of adding different CFBC ash-Titanium slag ratio to cement were studied .Combined with the adsorption characteristics of superplasticizer and Zeta potential test , the influence mechanism of supplementary cementing material on compatibility was studied .
