B2O3、K2O和ZnO含量对汽车玻璃油墨用低熔点玻璃性能的影响

Influence of B2O3 ,K2O and ZnO on Performance of Low Melting-point Glass for Automotive Glass Enamel

摘要: 以Bi2O3-B2O3-ZnO-SiO2体系为基础玻璃,通过调整玻璃组分,研究分析了B2O3、K2O和ZnO含量对玻璃性能的影响.结果表明:玻璃的热膨胀系数、软化温度及化学稳定性会随着玻璃组分中B2O3、K2O和ZnO含量的不同而改变,当B2O3、K2O和ZnO的质量分数分别为10%、3%和5%时,玻璃的热膨胀系数和软化温度分别为83.524×10-7℃-1和525.9℃,且化学稳定性良好,符合汽车玻璃油墨对低熔点玻璃粉的要求.

Abstract: Based on the system of Bi2O3-B2O3-ZnO-SiO2 , the effects of B2O3 , K2O and ZnO contents on the performances of the glass were studied .The results show that the thermal expansion coefficient , softening temperature and chemical stability of low melting-point glass change with different glass composition .When the B2O3 , K2O and ZnO contents are 10%, 3% and 5% respectively , the thermal expansion coefficient and softening temperature of low melting-point glass are 83 .524 ×10 -7℃-1 and 525 .9 ℃, and its chemical stability is good .The prepared low melting-point glass conform to the requirements of automotive glass enamel .
