摘要: 助磨剂可以有效提升水泥粉磨效率,增加水泥强度.由于助磨剂参与了水泥的粉磨和水化两个过程,因此比较两过程中助磨剂作用效果可以加深对助磨剂作用机理的认识.以丙三醇、三聚磷酸钠、三乙醇胺为例,采用水泥粉磨之前加入助磨剂和水泥粉磨后加入助磨剂两组对比实验的设计,结合多种测试手段,分析了助磨剂的助磨作用效果和化学作用效果.

Abstract: Grinding aids can effectively improve cement grinding efficiency and increase cement strength . Grinding aids are usually involved in the process of cement grinding and hydration , so the comparison of grinding aids effect in these processes can improve the understanding of the mechanism of grinding aids . In this paper, glycerin, sodium tripolyphosphate , triethanolamine were used .With the comparative design of grinding cement before and after adding grinding agent , this paper analyzed the grinding effect and chemical effect of grinding aids .
