Preparation and Gas Sensitivity of Biomorphic SnO2 Porous Ceramics Doped Rare Earth

摘要: 采用碱液处理改性的苎麻纤维做生物模板,进行稀土氧化物掺杂,制备苎麻形态La掺杂SnO2遗态陶瓷材料。对制备材料的组织成分和显微结构进行分析与表征,并测试了材料的比表面积、孔径分布及气敏性能。结果表明:掺杂稀土氧化物可抑制SnO2的长大,改善SnO2气敏材料对C2 H5 OH、CH3 COCH3及H2的气敏性能。

Abstract: La doped SnO 2 morph-genetic ceramic was prepared by doping rare-earth oxide using modified ramie fibers treated with alkali as biology templates . The microstructure and phase composition of prepared materials were discussed , and their specific surface area , pore size distribution and gas-sensitive property were tested .The results show that the rare earth oxide can be benefit to retain the growth of SnO2 grains and improve the C 2 H5 OH,CH3 COCH3 and H2 gas sensitive of SnO 2 gas sensitive material .
