改性膨润土复合新型颗粒的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of New Modified Bentonite Compound Granules

摘要: 为改善粉末状膨润土在水处理中固液分离困难的情况,本文以聚乙烯醇( PVA)、碳酸氢钠( NaHCO3)、微波强化铝改性膨润土(Al-Bent)、膨润土原土(Na-Bent)为原料制备得到改性膨润土复合新型颗粒(MBG)和膨润土原土颗粒( NBG)。并对这两种颗粒进行X-射线能谱( EDS)、X射线衍射( XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱( FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)分析,以明确制备过程对改性土颗粒的内部构造变化的影响。表征分析表明:第一,改性土颗粒所含蒙脱石的层间空间结构优于原土颗粒所含蒙脱石;第二,改性土颗粒孔隙的结构优于原土颗粒。

Abstract: In order to improve the effect of powder bentonite in water treatment solid-liquid separation , new modified bentonite compound granules ( MBG ) and natural bentonite granules ( NBG ) were prepared.MBG were prepared by using PVA, NaHCO3 and microwave enhanced Al-bentonite (Al-Bent) as raw materials.NBG were prepared by using PVA , NaHCO3 and raw bentonite ( Na-Bent ) as raw materials.These granules were characterized by EDS , XRD, FTIR, SEM, BET to confirm how the process of preparation would affect the internal structure of MBG .The results show that montmorillonite contained in MBG is better than the montmorillonite in NBG in the space structure .What's more, the pore structure of the MBG is better than that of the NBG .
