纳米花瓣状 Co3 O4/NiO 的制备及其光催化性能研究

Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of Nano-petal Co3 O4/NiO

摘要: 以氯化钴、氯化镍和六次亚甲基四胺为原料,通过水热反应合成Co3 O4/NiO前驱体材料,经过煅烧得到Co3 O4/NiO样品。研究不同煅烧温度对样品形貌的影响,并采用X射线衍射仪( XRD)和场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)检测样品的结构和形貌,结果表明:在400℃煅烧后,得到纳米花瓣状结构Co3O4/NiO,花瓣厚度为50 nm,表面有多孔结构。对比纳米花瓣状Co3 O4/NiO、Co3 O4、NiO和无催化剂条件下对吡啰红B ( PB)的紫外光降解效率,纳米花瓣状Co3 O4/NiO表现了最好的光催化活性,在180 min后对PB的降解率达95%。

Abstract: The Co3 O4/NiO precursor sample was synthesized by hydrothermal method using CoCl 2 · 6H2 O, NiCl2 · 6H2 O and hexamethylene tetramine as raw materials .After the heat treatment , the Co3O4/NiO sample was obtained.The Co3O4/NiO sample with different morphologies was prepared by changing calcination temperature . The structures and morphologies of nano-petal Co3 O4/NiO were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM).The results indicate after the heat treatment at 400 ℃, the asobtained nano-petal Co 3 O4/NiO have porous surfaces with a thickness of about 50 nm.Comparing the degradation efficiency of PB under UV irradiation with nano-petal Co3 O4/NiO, Co3 O4 , NiO and without any catalyst , nano-petal Co3 O4/NiO photocatalysts possess higher photocatalytic efficiency .The results show that after 180 minutes under UV irradiation, the degradation rate of PB is close to 95%.
