Solvothermal Synthesis and Electrochemical Property of Sb2 Se3 Nanorods

摘要: 通过相对温度条件更温和的溶剂热法合成硒化锑纳米棒( Sb2 Se3):以自制的三方相Se纳米管为模板,NaBH4为还原剂合成了硒化锑纳米棒。产物分别用扫描电子显微镜( SEM )、X射线衍射仪( XRD )、X射线光电子能谱( XPS)、热重分析( TG)等表征手段进行了表征,探讨了硒化锑纳米棒的形成机理,并利用循环伏安法研究了硒化锑纳米棒的电化学性质。

Abstract: The Sb2 Se3 nanorods were synthesized in a solvothermal system , using Se nanotubes as template and NaBH 4 as reductant .A series of analytic instruments , such as scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) , X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD ) and thermogravimetric ( TG ) , were used to reveal the characterization of Sb 2 Se3 nanorods.The formation mechanism of Sb 2 Se3 nanorods was discussed , and the electrochemical property of Sb 2 Se3 nanorods was researched by cyclic voltammetry method .
