摘要: 在阐述石墨烯的制备方法,TiO2/石墨烯复合材料光催化机理的基础上,重点从增强TiO2/石墨烯复合材料界面接触和优化石墨烯电子结构两个角度,归纳了优化TiO2/石墨烯复合材料结构和导电性的研究进展,并对TiO2/石墨烯复合材料的研究前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The preparation methods of grapheme are introduced and the high properties of TiO 2/Graphene composites in the field of photocatalysis are analyzed .On this basis , the optimization research of the structure and the electronic conductivity of TiO 2/Graphene composites are concluded with emphasis , regarding to optimize the electronic structure of graphene and strengthen the interfacial contact between graphene and TiO 2 , and the research prospect of TiO 2/graphene composites was discussed .
