氩弧熔覆铁基合金 TiB2-Al2 O3涂层冲蚀磨损性能研究

Erosion Wear Performance of TiB2-Al2 O3 Argon Arc Cladding Iron-based Alloy Coating

摘要: 为提高Q255的冲蚀磨损性能,利用氩弧熔覆方法制备了铁基合金TiB2-Al2 O3涂层。熔覆层显微硬度最高为913.5 Hv0.2是基体硬度的5.9倍;熔覆层的冲蚀磨损性能较基体提高了1.77~4.22倍。熔池组织均匀细小,XRD分析显示,熔覆层由Fe、Al、TiO2、TiB2、Fe2 B、Al2 O3相组成。

Abstract: Fe based alloy TiB 2-Al2 O3 coating was prepared by argon arc cladding method in order to improve the erosion wear performance of Q 255 .The highest micro-hardness of the cladding layer is 913 .5 Hv0.2 and is 5.9 times of that of the matrix .The erosion wear resistance of the cladding layer is increased by 1.77-4.22 times comparing with that of the matrix .The micro-structure of the weld pool is small and uniform.XRD results show that the cladding layer is composed of Fe , Al, TiO2 , TiB2 , Fe2 B and Al2 O3 phases .
