泡沫混凝土性能试验研究

摘要: 本文通过使用机械方法制备了不同种类的泡沫混凝土,并研究了不同容重(300~1200 kg/m3)、水胶比(0.3~0.6)、聚丙纤维、EPS颗粒对其力学性能的影响。采用了SEM分析了各配比的微观结构,进而解释其强度的变化。结果表明,容重是影响泡沫混凝土宏观及微观性能最重要的因素,通过容重的控制可以得到满足不同需要的产品,容重越大强度越高。此外,聚丙纤维的掺入在一定范围内可以增加强度;EPS颗粒的掺入可以降低容重,但也会带来强度的下降。

Abstract: The influence of the different densities (300-1200 kg/m3), water-binder ratio (0.3-0.6), the polypropylene fiber and the EPS particles were investigated .The microstructure of a variety of proportions was analyzed by SEM and then explain the change of the strength .The result shows that the density is the most important factors of foam concrete macroscopic and microscopic property .Through the density control ,the different needs of products can be obtained .The higher the density is ,the greater the strength will be.In addition, the polypropylene fiber mixed can increase the strength in a certain range .The addition of EPS particles can lower bulk density , but also can make strength decline .
