高孔隙率 Ce-TiO2微粉的制备及其光催化性能研究

Preparation of High-Porosity Ce-TiO2 Micropowder and Its Photocatalytic Performance

摘要: 以自制Ce离子掺杂的TiO2纳米粉为前体,通过微波辅助水热法进行空间结构改性,获得改性Ce-TiO2微粉。所得样品用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮吸附(BET)、紫外-可见漫反射(UV-Vis)等测试方法表征。结果表明,所制备的微粉具有较高的孔隙率,平均孔径为153.4 nm,比表面积可达到154.9 m2/g。掺杂Ce离子对微粉的结构没有影响,但是拓宽了TiO2的可见光吸收范围,使吸收边红移至可见光区域,同时有效的抑制了晶粒长大,阻碍锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变。所制备的高孔隙率Ce-TiO2微粉在低浓度甲醛溶液中表现出良好的可见光催化性能。

Abstract: Modified Ce-TiO2 micropowder were synthesized by microwave-assisted hydrothermal method with homemade Ce-doped titania nanopowder and were characterized by X-ray diffraction ( XRD ) , scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) , nitrogen adsorption ( BET ) , and UV-visible ( UV-Vis ) diffuse reflectance spectroscopy .The results show that modified Ce-TiO2 micropowder has high porosity , the average pore diameter is 153.4 nm and the specific surface area is 154.9 m2/g.Ce-doping has little effect on the structure of the micropowder , but it can enlarge the ability of TiO 2 for absorbing visible light , which shiftes absorption edge of TiO 2 reaching the visible region .At the same time Ce-doping effectively inhibits grain growth, hinders the crystal type transform of TiO 2 from anatase to rutile. High-Porosity Ce-TiO2 micropowder meets good visible light catalytic activity in low concentration formaldehyde solution .
