孔结构测试技术及其在硬化水泥浆体孔结构表征中的应用

Porosimetry Techniques and Their Applications in Pore Structure Characterization of Hardened Cement Pastes

摘要: 分别概述了压汞测孔法、同步加速X射线层析扫描测孔法、核磁共振弛豫时间测孔法和核磁共振冷冻干燥测孔法.压汞测孔法能直接获取硬化水泥浆体孔结构第一手信息,孔隙结构换算时无需大量、复杂的模型和假定.利用此特点,结合新报道的测孔技术有望实现硬化水泥浆体孔结构表征技术的新突破;同步加速X射线层析扫描测孔法和核磁共振弛豫时间测孔法适合于表征介观尺度的孔隙结构,而核磁共振冷冻干燥法适合于表征微观尺度的孔隙结构.无论是核磁共振弛豫时间测孔法还是核磁共振冷冻干燥测孔法,水泥浆体中铁磁性物质的存在可能会对测定精度产生影响,需要进一步研究.

Abstract: This paper summarizes the recent progress of traditional MIP, method of synchrotron X-ray microCT (SX-microCT) and technique of NMR relaxation time, NMR cryoporometry on pore structure characterization in hardened cement pastes. First-hand information of pore structure, when calculating pore structure distribution from traditional MIP method, can be available directly without so many complex models or assumptions. Utilizing the advantage and combining with new reported porosimetry technology expect to realize new breakthrough of pore structure characterization in hardened cement paste. SX-microCT and NMR relaxation time could be better ways to characterize meso-pore structure within hardened cement paste, while NMR cryoporometry could characterize micro-pore structure. Whether NMR relaxation time or NMR cryoporometry, ferromagnetic materials existence in cement paste maybe have effect on NMR measurement precision. It needs further research in the future.
