耐火浇注料复合减水剂的研制

摘要: 本文在单掺三种耐火浇注料减水剂试验的基础上,采用正交试验方法,确定了复合减水剂的最优配比,并根据七项性能指标和扫描电镜分析结果,得到了复合减水剂的最佳掺入量.研究结果表明:当复合减水剂掺入量在浇注料总量的5‰~10‰范围时,减水效果明显,耐火浇注料的性能也有较大改善.

Abstract: Based on the results of three kinds of water reducer solely added in refractory castable, and orthogonal test was used to determine the optimal mix ratio. According to the seven performance indexes of castable and result of analysis of scanning electronic microscope, optimal admixing quantity of composite water reducer was obtained. Exprimental results show that the water reducer has evident effect on water reducing, and the performance of refractory castable improves greatly when composite water reducer is in the the scope of 5‰-10‰.
