低热固相化学法合成脂肪酸相变材料及其表征

Preparation and Characterization of Phase Change Materials by Solid-State Chemical Reaction at Low Heating Temperature

摘要: 利用低热固相化学反应法,一步制备出表面包覆SiO2的十六酸相变储能微纳米粒子.表面包覆SiO2的十六酸微粒由红外光谱,X射线衍射和差示扫描量热法进行了表征.结果表明:十六酸表面成功包覆了SiO2层,包覆后的颗粒呈球状,粒径大约为200nm,相转变温度为51.9℃,相变过程中的焓值为131.03J/g,具有良好的蓄热能力,可用于太阳能利用等方面的储能蓄热.

Abstract: The synthesis of SiO2 coated palmitic acid (PA) nanoparticles via one-step,low heating temperature solid-state chemical reaction is reported. Analytical results of Infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction prove that the palmitic acid (PA) was coated with a layer of SiO2.Morphology of scanning electron microscopy suggests that the sample is comprised of sphere-like nanoparticals with average diameter about 200nm.The as-prepared sample has been studied with differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The transformation temperatures is 51.9℃and the fusion enthalpy are 3.36×104J/mol.The result shows that the sample possesses reasonable thermal property as a phase change material for latent heat energy storage application.
