Abstract: Under certain raw materials and production processes, the mix proportion determines the performance of the product. The rapid analysis of mix proportion of fresh concrete is of great significance to the control of the final quality of concrete in advance. This paper summarized the principles and methods of testing methods for the amount of key materials such as coarse and fine aggregates, cementitious materials, and water in fresh concrete at home and abroad, and analyzed the problems of former standards for mix proportion analysis tests. It is proposed to use the microwave method to determine the unit water content, and then sieve the coarse and fine aggregates with 4.75 and 0.08 mm sieves, then refer to the Dunagan method to determine the unit amount of aggregates. The reduction method is used to calculate the total amount of cementitious materials. The amount of mineral admixtures can be determined by dissolution reduction method, which is simplified from selective dissolution method. This whole set of method conforms to the principle of accuracy and rapidity, and can be applied to the rapid analysis of the mix proportion of fresh concrete in mixing stations and construction sites.
