Abstract: As the energy-efficient and environment friendly materials , inorganic polymer and rubber powder have always been the hot issues in engineering application study .In this paper , we use 2-4 mm rubber particles instead of the fine aggregates in the same volume , making upinorganic polymer rubber concrete with different rubber contents ( 0%,5%,10%,15%,20%) .According to GB/T 50081-2002 standard of test method about the ordinary concrete ’ s basic mechanics performance , we make experiments to study the basic mechanics performance of the inorganic polymer rubber concrete .The results show that , relative to reference concrete , the cube compressive strength of inorganic polymer rubber concrete with 5% to 20% rubber contents decreased by 9 .5% to 35 .7%;the tensile splitting strength of inorganic polymer rubber concrete with 10% to 20% rubber contents decreased by 9.9% to 18.2%, the axial compressive strength decreased by 20.2%to 35.4%, the static modulus decreased by 3.2%to 7.8%.The early age strength of inorganic polymer rubber concrete is higher than ordinary rubber concrete, among them, the seven days relative intensity is 11.5% higher. With the increase of rubber content , the ratio of tension and compression of inorganic polymer rubber concrete increases , the strength ratio remain unchanged .The anti-cracking ability and deformability of inorganic polymer rubber concrete enhances with the increase of rubber concrete .
