Abstract: MgO,P_2O_5,CaCO_3 and ZnO on melting temperature of CBN vitrified bond with SiO_2,Al_2O_3 + B_2O_3 as glass-forming agent, and the wettability of vitrified bond added four additives to CBN particles at high-temperature was studied. The three sets of samples were fused、water quenched to study the melting temperature of the sample before and after shrend,and the phase composition was determined after water quenched. The results showed:the influence of four additives on vitrified bond melting temperature was P_2O_5＞MgO＞＞ZnO ＞＞CaCO_3;the sample after water quenched had better uniform chemical composition,lower melting temperature,and the melting sample existed in the form of glassy phase.
