Experimental Study on Mechanical Property of Basalt Fibre Reinforced Concrete

Abstract: More attention is focused on experimental research on basalt fiber at home and abroad. Through the experiments research on the compressive properties,the flexural properties and the flexural impact behavior,the effects of mixing amount of fibers on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied. And the best mixing amount of fibers was obtained. The results show that the strength and the flexural impact behavior can be improved by means of adding basalt fiber into concrete.
