摘要: 采用熔盐法合成了Ca5Mg4(VO4)6绿色荧光粉,借助XRD、FE-SEM、PL对样品的晶体结构、形貌、发光特性等进行了分析.结果表明:所得样品为立方Ca5Mg4(VO4)6纯相;样品的发射光谱为不对称单峰宽带谱,峰值为508 nm,可拟合分解为501 nm和560 nm两个高斯峰,分别对应于VO3-4的3T2→1A1和3T1→1A1跃迁;其CIE1931色度坐标为(0.2828,0.4345),位于绿光区;以KNO3为熔盐在500℃煅烧所得样品的发光强度最好.
