摘要: 采用水热法,以三聚氰胺为氮源,制备了氮掺石墨烯水凝胶(H-NGH).H-NGH具有三维交联网状多孔结构,孔径大多在0.5~1μm.所得H-NGH的含水率为96.5%,含氮量8.61at%,且氮元素分布均匀,以吡啶氮和吡咯氮为主.将所得H-NGH用作超级电容器电极,表现出了优异的超电容性能.0.5 A/g电流密度下,H-NGH的比电容为335.5 F/g;从0.5 A/g到10 A/g,H-NGH的电容保持率为76.8%.10 A/g下,经20000圈循环,H-NGH的比电容未见衰减,库伦效率始终在100%左右.
