白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂制备与性能研究

摘要: 以白炭黑(无定型SiO2)为载体,采用水浴加热搅拌法,通过白炭黑负载Zn2+制备抗菌剂前驱体和前驱体焙烧固化制备了白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂,并将其在涂料中添加制备了抗菌涂料.对Zn2+浓度、白炭黑固含量、混合液pH值、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等抗菌剂制备条件进行了试验考察和优化,对白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂和抗菌涂料性能进行了测试表征.结果表明,白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂和抗菌涂料均具有良好的抑菌性,其中,白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂最小抑菌浓度为:对大肠杆菌19 mg/mL,对金黄色葡萄球菌6 mg/mL;添加8wt%白炭黑载锌无机抗菌剂涂料抗菌率为:对大肠杆菌90.48%,对金黄色葡萄球菌98.77%.

Abstract: The antibacterial precursor was prepared by loading Zn2+ on the white carbon black ( WCB) substrate through water bath heating and stirring, and then the white carbon black-zinc inorganic antibacterial agent ( WCB-Zn) was obtained after the calcination of antibacterial precursor, meanwhile, the antibacterial coating was added to the coating to prepare the antibacterial coating.The preparation conditions including the concentration of Zn2 +, solid content of WCB, pH value, and calcination temperature and time were investigated and optimized.Moreover, the properties of inorganic antibacterial agent and antibacterial coating were also tested and characterized.The results show that both the WCB-Zn and antibacterial coating show good antibacterial properties.The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC)of WCB-Zn on E.coil and S.aureus is 19 mg/mL and 6 mg/mL respectively, and the bacteriostatic rate of antibacterial coating with 8wt% WCB-Zn added against E.coil and S.aureus is 90.48% and 98.77%respectively.
