超细熟料活性效应及充填效应对石灰石硅酸盐水泥性能影响

Influence of Ultra-fine Cement Clinker Active Effect and Filling Effect on the Performance of Limestone Portland Cement

摘要: 为提高水泥熟料的有效利用率,降低水泥生产成本,改善石灰石硅酸盐水泥性能.用超细熟料、石灰石粉配制了石灰石硅酸盐水泥,在此基础上,研究了超细熟料充填效应对石灰石硅酸盐水泥堆积密实度、净浆流动性和胶砂强度的影响,以及超细熟料活性效应对胶砂强度和水化产物的影响.结果表明:超细熟料-石灰石粉复合水泥的颗粒充填堆积密实度与净浆流动性有一定的关联性,即堆积密实度越大越能改善净浆流动性;与普通细度水泥熟料对比,超细熟料具有更高的水化活性,提高了复合水泥的抗压、抗折强度,超细熟料掺量为30%时各龄期的活性效应最为理想;超细熟料的填充密实效应提高了复合水泥胶砂强度,当超细熟料掺量为30%时填充效应对强度影响最显著;与普通细度水泥熟料对比,超细熟料中的C3 A与石灰石粉中的CaCO3反应生成了更多的水化碳铝酸钙.

Abstract: In order to improve the effective utilization ratio of cement clinker , reduce the production cost of cement and improve the properties of limestone Portland cement .The limestone Portland cement is prepared from ultra-fine cement clinker, limestone powder.On the basis, studied the influence of ultra-fine cement clinker filling effect on the pack density and paste fluidity and mortar strength of limestone Portland cement, and the influence of ultra-fine cement clinker active effect on the mortar strength and hydration products.The results show that the particle pack density and the paste fluidity of ultra -fine clinker-limestone powder composite cement have a certain relevance .That is to say, the greater pack density can obtain the better fluidity of the paste .Compared with the ordinary fineness cement clinker , the ultra-fine clinker has higher hydration activity so that it can improve the compressive and the flexural strength of the composite cement.In addition, the activity effect of each age is ideal when the content of ultra-fine clinker is 30%.The ultra-fine cement clinker filling effect improved the mortar strength of composite cement, And when the content of ultra-fine clinker is 30%, the influence of filling effect on strength is the most obvious.C3 A in ultra-fine clinker reacted with CaCO 3 in limestone powder to produce more hydrated calcium carboaluminate compared with ordinary fineness cement clinker .
