锰渣制备沸石分子筛的表征及钙离子交换能力的研究

Characterization and Ca2+Exchange Capacity of Zeolites Synthesized by Manganese Slag

摘要: 以粉煤灰和三种不同预处理的锰渣为原料,采用水热合成法制备了沸石分子筛.分析了锰渣预处理前后物相和活性SiO2、Al2O3溶出率的变化,通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC和BET等手段对锰渣制备的MSZ-1、MSZ-2和MSZ-3产物微观形貌、结构和热稳定性进行表征,并测定了其钙离子交换能力.结果表明:采用直接煅烧法和碱煅烧法预处理后的锰渣均可作为制备分子筛的原料;MSZ-1呈棒状,为类沸石的过渡结构;MSZ-2呈立方体,为X型沸石;MSZ-3呈八面体,为八面沸石,在600 ℃以下晶体结构未发生坍塌,具有较好的热稳定性,钙离子交换量高达391.05 mgCaCO3/g.

Abstract: The zeolites were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method with fly ash and three different pretreated manganese slag as raw materials.The changes of the phase composition and the solubility of active SiO2and A12O3before and after pre-treated manganese slag were analyzed.The crystal morphology, structure and thermostability of MSZ-1、MSZ-2和 MSZ-3 zeolites were characterized by XRD、SEM、FT-IR、TG-DSC and BET.And the Cation(Ca2+)exchange capacity were determined.The results show that manganese slag pretreated by the direct calcination method and the alkali calcination method can be used as raw material for zeolites.The main crystallization phases of MSZ-1 is the transition structure of zeolite of rodlike shape,MSZ-2 is zeolite X of cubic shape,MSZ-3 is faujasite of octahedrite shape.The crystal structure of MSZ-3 does not collapse under 600℃and has good thermal stability,the Ca2+exchange capacity of MSZ-3 reaches 391.05 mgCaCO3/g.
