高强混凝土收缩与栓钉内约束相互作用的影响研究

摘要: 根据当前工程中钢板-混凝土组合墙结构普遍开裂工程现象和栓钉约束下混凝土收缩变形研究较少的现实情况,对栓钉约束下高强混凝土收缩应力大小进行相对应的研究分析.采用钢筋内约束改进试验方法,研究栓钉内约束下高强混凝土收缩情况,分析不同类型栓钉内约束下高强混凝土收缩情况,通过设计正交试验,讨论出不同组合因素下,内约束强度最优组合.与此同时,通过建立有限元模型,分析出栓钉与高强混凝土之间相互作用,得出应力集中位置,较好地提供了栓钉约束下早期混凝土开裂的分布情况.

Abstract: According to the common cracking phenomenon of steel-concrete composite wall structure in current engineering and there are still few researches on the shrinkage deformation of concrete under the restriction of the stud, based on this realities, a study on the constraints of high-strength concrete shrinkage stress of the stud was carried out.In this paper, the improved test method of reinforcement inner restraint is used to study the shrinkage of high-strength concrete under the constraints of bolt-nails and is also used to analyze of different types of stud constraints in high strength concrete shrinkage. Through orthogonal test, this paper also discusses the different combination of factors and the optimal combination of the inner constraint intensity.At the same time, through establishment of the finite element model,this study analyzes the interaction between stud and high strength concrete,it can pointed out the stress concentrate position, which provides a better distribution of early concrete cracking under the constraint of bolt-nails.
