不同海水浓度下泡沫混凝土性能研究

Properties of Foamed Concrete with Different Content of Seawater

摘要: 基于图像分析软件,对不同海水浓度下泡沫混凝土的性能进行了研究.结果表明:海水因含有起早强作用的无机盐离子而会促进泡沫混凝土中胶凝组分的水化,生成较多水化产物,从而提高泡沫混凝土的干容重和抗压强度.然海水中无机盐离子,尤其是钙离子,能够一定程度上抑制发泡剂的发泡能力,造成气泡数目和孔隙率降低;同时较多水化产物在一定程度上分隔了气泡,最终随着海水浓度的增加,泡沫混凝土的气孔率、平均孔径呈现出下降趋势.

Abstract: Based on the image process and analysis software,the properties of foamed concrete with different content of seawater are investigated.The results show that with an increasing content of seawater,the dry apparent density and the compressive strength of foamed concrete are increased by the more hydration products that result from the positive effect of more inorganic salt ions on the hydration of cementitious materials.However,the foaming ability of the foaming agent can be inhibited by the inorganic salt ions,especially calcium ion,which can lead to a less foam content and a lower porosity.Meanwhile,the foam can be separated by more hydration products,which leads to a small pore size.Therefore,the porosity and the average pore size of foamed concrete are finally decreased with an increasing content of seawater.
