摘要: 膨胀聚苯乙烯(EPS)混凝土是一种新型的建筑材料,具有自重轻、保温性能好等特点,广泛运用于工程建设中.制备EPS混凝土的关键在于保障EPS颗粒均匀拌合.采用了六因素三水平的正交试验对高稠度的EPS塑性混凝土的配合比进行了优化设计,从而降低EPS颗粒上浮程度.试验因素包括水灰比、EPS体积比、砂率、外加剂Ⅰ掺量、外加剂Ⅱ掺量以及外加剂Ⅲ掺量.根据对正交试验结果的直观分析和方差分析得到了EPS塑性混凝土的各因素水平最佳组合以及流动性和抗压强度的主要影响因素分别为外加剂Ⅰ和EPS体积比,并总结了各因素与流动性和抗压强度的变化关系.

Abstract: EPS concrete is a new type of building materials with light weight,and good insulation properties,and it is widely used in engineering constructions.Suppressing the floating of EPS particles effectively is the key of the production of EPS concrete.The orthogonal test of six factors and three levels was adopted to optimize the mixing ratio of high consistency EPS plastic concrete so that the floating of EPS could be well controlled.The factors included water-cement ratio,EPS volume ratio,sand rate,the content of admixture Ⅰ,the content of admixture Ⅱ and the content of admixture Ⅲ.Based on the intuitive analysis and variance analysis of results,the optimal combination of the factors of EPS plastic concrete and the main influencing factors were obtained,and the relationship between the factors and the mobility and compressive strength was summarized.
