Experimental Study on Cement-based Slurry Optimization and Corrosion Resistance of Collapsible Loess Areas

摘要: 为解决湿陷性黄土注浆过程中注浆材料的优选问题,设计了五因素四水平的正交试验方案,系统地研究了水灰比、无水硫酸钠、膨润土、粉煤灰和熟石灰等几种因素对注浆材料性能的影响.并对四种不同配比的浆液结石体进行了耐腐蚀性及微观试验.结果表明:水灰比对浆液初始黏度、析水率,结石体抗压强度的影响最为显著,对浆液性能起决定性作用,进而给出了适宜于黄土地区注浆的最优配比;通过耐腐蚀试验得出,优化浆液结石体比纯水泥浆液结石体的密实度更高,耐腐蚀性更好.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that the excellent selection of grouting materials were in the process of the collapsible loess, a five-factor and four-level orthogonal test scheme was designed.The effect of anhydrous sodium surfute, bentonite, fly ash and hydrate lime on the properties of grouting material was systematically studied.The corrosion resistance and micro experiments were performed on four different proportions.The result showes that comparing to water cement ratio on the initial discosity and drainage rate,the stone body's impact of compressive strength is most pronounced,and it is decisive for the performance of the slurry,so obtained the otimal formula of grouting that is suitable for the losse region.The optimized slurry lithosomes are more dense than pure cement slurry, and they are more resistant to corrosion.
