Synthesis of LiLa( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+Yellow-Emitting Phosphor by Gel-Combustion Method

摘要: 采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了LiLa(MoO4)2:Dy3+黄色荧光粉,借助XRD、FE-SEM、荧光光谱仪对样品的晶体结构、形貌、发光特性等进行了分析.结果表明:所得LiLa(MoO4)2:Dy3+样品为四方白钨矿型结构,平均粒径为500 nm左右;样品的发射光谱由位于486 nm较强的蓝光发射、574 nm很强的黄光发射和662 nm较弱的红光发射组成,CIE1931色坐标为(0.3848,0.4341),位于黄光区;Dy3+最佳掺杂量为x=0.025 mol;柠檬酸的最佳加入量为n(NO3-)/n(C6H8O7)=3.0;最佳点火温度为650℃.

Abstract: The yellow-emitting phosphor LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+was synthesized by gel-combustion method , and the crystal structure , morphology and luminescence properties of LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+ was characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electronic microscopy (FE-SEM) and fluorescence spectrophotometer etc .The result shows that the synthesized LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+sample has a tetragonal scheelite structure , which is similar to the LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2 , with the average size of 500 nm.The emission spectrum of LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+is composed of three groups of emission peak , they are located at 487 nm ( strong blue light emission ) , 574 nm ( strong yellow light emission ) , and 662 nm ( red light emission located ) , respectively .The CIE1931 color coordinate of LiLa ( MoO4 ) 2:Dy3+was calculated to be (0.3848, 0.4341), which is located in the yellow area.When the doping concentration of Dy3+in the LiLa(1-x) (MoO4)2:Dy3+x matrix is 0.025 mol, the ratio of citric acid to NO3-(n(NO-3)/n(C6H8O7)) is 3.0, the ignition temperature is 650 ℃, the LiLa0.975(MoO4)2: Dy3+0.025 phosphors with the optimal luminescence performance can be obtained .
