摘要: 以莫桑比克东部地区大鳞片石墨矿石为原料,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行粗选条件试验,包括磨矿细度、捕收剂煤油用量,起泡剂2#油用量及再磨细度试验.确定较优粗选条件及再磨细度后,为进一步提高最终精矿的固定碳含量和回收率,进行开路试验和闭路试验.最终石墨精矿产率15.36%,固定碳含量96.13%、回收率97.54%、-0.850+0.300 mm粒级含量31.43%和-0.300+0.18 mm粒级含量52.98%.

Abstract: Based on property analyses of large flake graphite ore in the eastern part of Mozambique , the roughing tests were carried out to determine the optimal conditions including grinding fineness , the test of the dosage of collector kerosene , as well as the test of the dosage of 2#oil.Under the optimal conditions of roughing experiments and regrinding fineness , the open-circuit tests and the closed-circuit test were conducted in order to increase the fixed carbon content and recovery of the concentrate .The results are obtained as following:the yield of the concentrate reach 15 .36%, the fixed carbon content is 96 .13%, and the recovery arrive at 97.54%.As for the particle size distribution, the graphite concentrate in -0. 850+0.300 mm occupied 31.43%, while those in -0.850+0.300 mm occupying 52.98%.
